My first real breakthrough in healing and getting back on track came from Dr. Ghambir. At times, our visits lasted up to two hours. She was solution-oriented, brought real answers, and helped me a lot on a practical level.
From there, I started seeing a chiropractor (Dr. John) who worked with me on posture correction exercises. Over the months, I continued to improve.
Slowly, I started building back toward “normal.” I got a bed. Both major sources of drama in my environment had left. I started lifting again and swimming in the pool.
As my physical health improved, I shifted my focus to working through the anxiety that had developed during this time.
I began pushing my boundaries again and started earning money. I got back into flipping things online and picked up a part-time delivery job.
I had been a bit of a hermit for almost a year and had become really anxious. To help me reset, my grandparents and aunt offered to buy me a ticket to Hawaii so I could recharge again.
The day I was planning to go, “virus” concerns were starting to heat up.
I never ended up going, and the D18 began.
Like many people, I watched the news early on and felt some fear about what was going on. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t concerned for a few months, but I was still determined to win and invest in myself.
I bought a MacBook, invested in Tai Lopez’s 67 Steps, and also purchased Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins’ Knowledge Broker Blueprint course.
During this time, I also received the first two mock copies of my book, The Direct Line.
March 16th — “Getting smarter, stronger, and rebuilding. Hardship like this is an opportunity. An opportunity to be a leader. ‘Balbona’ virus will be the ignition switch to my turnaround.”
March 19th — I made my first investment in cryptocurrency. Before this, I had invested in products, network marketing companies, and courses, but never in true assets. This felt like a big step.
The only reason I made the investment was because of advice from my friend Kevin Cage. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the space and, without question, will be a major name in it. Plug into his YouTube for trustworthy insight.
June 16th — On the surface, I had started to live a normal life again. I was seeing friends, going to the gym, and posting about my upcoming book.
At the same time, I was going through the most stressful period of my life at home. As I write this, many people still don’t know the full extent of it. It doesn’t feel right to go into all the details, but there was addiction within my family.
During this time, I struggled to focus on my goals because everything else became the priority.
7/15 — After months of buildup, major distractions had been alleviated. It felt like time to get back to normal.
I had always known credit would be important and had been working on it in the background. This month, I finally hit an 800+ credit score.
I was also deep into building out my book in every direction. I invested in several paid platforms (Canva, Soundwise), recorded my audiobook, and started creating social content around it.
8/24 — It’s time to make money.
I joined a paid flipping community to learn higher-level flips. I started working more, pre-launched my book for preorder, remodeled my Instagram, hired a photographer, and invested more into crypto.
Around this time, I met Neil Arzani from Flexpak. He works in box design and packaging. I had a vision to send major entrepreneurs in the self-help space a customized copy of my book.
Neil worked with me, and together we created some incredible custom boxes for the project. I’m grateful for the collaboration.

One of my best friends, Mark, designed an incredible logo for my personal brand. (IG: MarkAdonisDesign).

11/25 — Created and launched my first ever course, The Playbook of Possibility, a course that helps you compose and send messages to influencers with a high probability of getting a response.
12/13 — Officially launched my first book, The Direct Line: How to Connect and Engage Online With Any Influencer in the World.
