What's With The Lightning Bolt? ⚡️

As you may know, I'm a dreamer. 

And one of my favorite dreamers is Disneys, Hercules.

Hercules doesn't fit in. 

He knows internally that he's not cut out for a regular life. He's meant to do more, meant for greatness!

But it's an uphill climb. It's a journey...

Along the way he gets mentorship, he works hard daily, he gets stronger, he has some wins and takes some losses but eventually he reaches his destination.

Maybe you are even familiar with the song, "I can go the distance".

This is one of my favorite songs that I resonate with so strongly! I literally FEEL the song. At one point in the movie during this song Hercules is given a medallion with a lightning bolt on it.

The lightning bolt serves as his SPARK because it reminded him of where he came from. It was his fuel and motivation to pursue his journey. To me, it symbolizes the journey and the distance that you have to travel to get to where you want to go. 

Every setback, mishap, hard time, it's all part of the process.

But in the end, you make it. You are stronger, wiser, and become one of the best.

That is why embody the lightning bolt.  To me it represents greatness, it represents underdogs, it represents late bloomers, it represents overcomers, it represents continuous improvement, it represents strength, resilience, and determination.

It's the sign of super heroes in a world that has none.
